4-Week Nutrition Program

Nutrition can be complicated. It seems like every month there is a new style of dieting that podcasters, influencers, and medical communities are pushing their audience to try. And there is always the question that you have to ask yourself…what are they selling?

Healthy Nutrition is Not a Product

I am not here to sell you on anything. That is how you know this program is legitimate.

I genuinely want you to learn healthy eating behaviors that will last a lifetime so that you can live optimally and make a positive impact on those you care about.

I also know how confusing nutrition can be so I have simplified everything for you to maximize your ability to retain the knowledge I am sharing with you and ensure that you can repeat these habits on a daily basis.

All that I ask from you is that you are sincere with your adherence to this program. The only cost to you is your time and effort so please do not let it go to waste!

Program Overview

Each week, you will be responsible for completing an “awareness task” and a “physical task.”

Part of healthy eating is observing the sights, sounds, smells, tastes, stress levels, time of day, occasions, hunger cues, fullness cues, etc. that play a role in influencing how, why, and what we eat. Using awareness strategies can help you override some of the outside forces at play that determine how and what you eat on a daily basis. Through a continued practice of awareness, you can create physical habits that set you up for success and eat healthy in a long-term, sustainable manner. Physical tasks help you build rhythm with your eating routine and limit barriers to eating in a healthy way.
